KEY PLASTICS L.L.C. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF TERRY GOHL AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Key Plastics L.L.C. (“Key Plastics” or “the Company”) announced today that Terrence G. Gohl has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Gohl joins Key Plastics from a senior executive role at Visteon Corporation where he led that company’s global lighting and interiors business. Gohl will be responsible for the worldwide operations and strategic direction of the Company and will lead global integration and a renewed focus on growth for Key Plastics following the recently completed balance sheet restructuring. “Terry’s extensive leadership experience, including over 20 years in plastics and interiors, will be a great asset to Key Plastics as it establishes itself as a leading global supplier of interior/exterior door handle assemblies, interior decorative and mechanical assemblies, and underhood molded products ,” said Gene Davis, Chairman of the Board of Directors. “With this appointment, the Company now has a world-class leader to go with its best-in-class financial profile and global footprint. Over the next several months, Key Plastics will continue to fill out its global senior leadership team as we continue to transition the company to a more globally integrated, value added automotive supplier. Gohl began his career in 1984 with General Motors’ Fisher Body Division, and over the past 25 years has held roles of increasing responsibility in sales, operations, and general management, including senior executive roles at Tower Automotive and Lear Corporation prior to joining Visteon. Gohl holds a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering from Ferris State University ” |
