Benefits, Facility Issues, Policies, Company Operating Results, and

questions expected to be generated by location have been established
and results are factored into the Plant of the Year calculation
Operational
and Financial Reviews

Operational reviews are held monthly with the plant
leadership and senior corporate representation. A total of
nearly 40 critical success factor metrics are reviewed with an
emphasis on operational excellence, customer satisfaction and
continuous improvement.

Financial reviews are held monthly on a global basis. Financial
health metrics are reviewed against operating plans and strategic
initiatives. All global senior leadership participates.
